A LITTLE CHANGE

 I always love visiting my friend Georgina's apartment, I always leave so inspired, wanting to re-decorate or re-paint furniture or something ....

 I've always loved her bed against the wall in her bedroom, so I decided to try ours like that and I LOVE it, amazing how nice a small change feels ....

 

and it makes the room feel so much bigger ....

.... Elvis seems to like it too !!!

I'm in the process of having a big clear out, I have lots of great pieces left over from a few jobs I have done lately, as well as some stuff of my own, furniture, vintage pieces, lots of kids things ....

not sure which way to go about it, ebay, an online store ? ....

any suggestions ???

 

A LITTLE FIND

 Found this lovely old box on a council pick up pile over the holidays ....

(one mans trash ....)

 perfect for the kitchen shelves ....

 these shelves were one of the best (and cheapest) things we ever did with our kitchen ....

 .... perfect storage considering the space is quite tiny without much cupboard space.

A bit quite around this blog of late ....

we are experiencing heat wave conditions here in Australia at the moment, lets hope we get a bit of relief especially the towns experiencing the bushfires (just heartbreaking for so many people at the moment)

NAPPING

There has been a lot of napping in this household these holidays ....

as well a lots of swims, walks, day trips

 (and in my case eating !!!)
